Get away from the oil-based economy and move to the resistance economy, is the new approach that is capable to provide the development of country in all-round of fields. Taking advantage of the knowledge-based economy is the most strategic tool in this direction. An economy in which the economic efficiency is provide by knowledge interplay on the knowledge, grater than the effect of knowledge on the raw materials. The development of knowledge-based economy, is related to social capital and is a sustainable process. The resistance economy as an economy which may determine the growth and prosperity of the country in the severe animosities, is not exclusive to the time of sanctions and war. The resistance economy is a long-term economic prospects which is possible only through innovative economy and knowledge-based production. In this article we have tried to review the concepts of the resistance and knowledge-based economies and by introduction of the Iranian Light Source Facilty (ILSF) and by saying its implementation necessity, explain the role and status of ILSF in achieving the resistance economic policies. ILSF as a science and technology infrastructure would provide the country's knowledge-based economic development. This infrastructure would be applicable in the most advanced studies and technology as well as engineering, sciences, biosciences and medicine to areas such as anthropology and archeology. The ILSF could play an important role in the science production and technology development which will bring sustainable economic growth.

دور شدن از اقتصاد نفتی و حركت به سوی اقتصاد مقاومتی، رویكرد جدیدی است كه قادر است زمینه های توسعه همه جانبه كشور را فراهم آورد. راهبردی ترین ابزار در این مسیر بهره گیری از اقتصاد دانش بنیان است؛ اقتصادی كه در آن بهره وری اقتصادی بیش از اثر دانش بر مواد خام، از تأثیر متقابل دانش بر دانش حاصل می شود. اقتصاد مقاومتی به عنوان اقتصادی كه در شرایط دشمنی ها و خصومت های شدید می¬تواند تعیین كننده رشد و شكوفایی كشور باشد، مختص زمان تحریم و جنگ نیست بلكه یك چشم انداز بلندمدت اقتصادی است كه تنها از مسیر اقتصاد نوآور و تولید دانش بنیان میسر است. در این مقاله تلاش شده تا با مرور مفاهیم اقتصاد مقاومتی و اقتصاد دانش بنیان و با معرفی طرح چشمه نور ایران(شتابگر ملی) و بیان ضرورت اجرای آن، نقش و جایگاه این طرح در تحقق سیاست های اقتصاد مقاومتی تبیین گردد. چشمه نور ایران به عنوان یک زیرساخت علم و فناوری که موجبات توسعه اقتصادی دانش بنیان کشور را فراهم می آورد، در پیشرفته ترین مطالعات مرتبط با حوزه های فناوری، مهندسی، علوم پایه، علوم زیستی و پزشکی تا حوزه¬های دیگری همچون انسان شناسی و باستان شناسی کاربرد دارد و می¬تواند نقش موثری در تولید علم و توسعه فناوری کشور ایفا نماید که خود رشد اقتصادی پایدار را به ارمغان می آورد.
