Scale versus Conformal Carrollian Symmetry

We show that the ultra-relativistic limit of the Lorentz symmetry plus scale does lead to a conformal group. We discuss the relevance of this symmetry within the BMS/CFT correspondence, and  calculate the conformal anomaly. This is the first instance of observing the carrollian conformal anomaly within the AdS/CFT construct. Using this framework we find a Lyapunov function which decreases with the radius.
