The Future Circular Collider (FCC) design study in a 100-km tunnel in the Geneva area has started since 2014, as an option for post-LHC particle accelerators. At present, the first step of the FCC physics program is to run a high-luminosity electron-positron collider so-called FCC-ee, at the center-of-mass energies ranging from Z-pole to ttbar threshold (~350 GeV). In this talk, the physics potential of the FCC-ee in precise measurement in top quark physics and Higgs boson physics is presented.
