Description

For the injection into synchrotrons, effective beam transport and beam quality were of particular importance and in the 1960s with new machines just having come on-line, it became clear that field stability and beam loading needed to be better understood. In the present talk, we will review electric field stabilization techniques for RF accelerating structures.
