In this work, we extract the Parton Distribution Functions (PDFs) at small momentum fraction x (x<0.01) and at NLO accuracy in perturbative QCD. We show that in this region, PDFs have fractal or self-similar behavior and we consider a simple parametrization form for unintegrated PDFs base on Fractal approach. By integration from these TMDs, the initial input densities are obtained and the free parameters of the model are calculated by global analysis of experimental data released by HERA experiment. The estimation of the uncertainty in the present analysis are carried out using the standard Hessian method. In total, there is nice agreement between the theory predictions and experimental datasets.
