Entropy Production in Relativistic Fluids of Particles with Spin
Entropy production analysis, derived from quantum field theoretical arguments, is an effective description applicable to various systems, particularly to relativistic fluids of particles with spin, such as the quark-gluon plasma produced in heavy ion collision experiments. In this talk, I present an introduction to the topic and its future connection to polarization phenomena in such collisions.
