      An Effort for a Void-Based Cosmology 1h

Standard cosmology, as the main theoretical framework, studies the structure and evolution of the universe. This talk focuses on the tensions in standard cosmology and examines the initial motivations for introducing a void-based cosmology. In this new framework, voids are introduced as independent and dynamic components in the structure of the cosmic web. The "drop-bubble" model for cosmology is presented and the relationship between the surface tension of voids with the cosmological constant, modified uncertainty principle, and the expansion of the universe due to the merger of these voids on a large scale is examined. Finally, a summary of the results and ongoing work in this area that will lead to a profound transformation in our understanding of cosmic structure is presented.

Speaker: Dr Ebrahim Yusofi (Amol University and IPM)
